Online store delivery terms

General information about the online store
The products available in the online store are sold by the company Riipi Puukko Ky, business ID 2629568-7. We only sell our products to customers over the age of 18. Product prices include value added tax. We reserve the right to make alterations to prices and postage costs.
Ordering
Products are primarily ordered via the internet at www.riipipuukko.fi using the shopping cart.
Order confirmation
All orders are confirmed with an email message that states the value of the order, delivery costs and the products ordered. The receipt of the order confirmation requires that an email address is provided when making the order.
In connection with each order the customer shall comply with the currently valid terms of delivery.
Means of payment
The purchases made in the online store and related postage costs are paid in connection with making the order. The following means of payment can be used for making purchases in the online store: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Sampo, Tapiola, Aktia, Nooa, Osuuspankki, Säästöpankki, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, Ålandsbanken, and major credit cards. Payment transactions use the Paytrail Oyj online gateway.
Payments using Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard cards.
Paytrail Oyj (business ID 2122839-7) provides the online payment service and handles transactions in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit card companies. Payments made using Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard will show the recipient on the card statement as “Paytrail Oyj” which forwards the payment on to the trader. Paytrail Oyj is a licensed payment institution.

Internet banking
Paytrail Oyj (business ID 2122839-7) provides the online internet banking payment service and handles transactions in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit card companies. For users the service operates in the same way as for regular internet payments.

The delivery time can be seen for each product on the webpage of the product in question.
Means of delivery and delivery charges
Delivery charges include postage and packing costs. Delivery costs are EUR 7.90 for deliveries within Finland and EUR 9.90 for international deliveries. Orders are sent as packages or letters. Only packages can be tracked using the delivery tracking codes.
Terms and conditions for exchanging and returning a product
In accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, the customer is entitled to a 14-day exchange and return policy. The return policy only applies to unused and resalable products in their original packaging.
When returning a product, please include the following information:
your name, address, telephone number, bank account number, and a copy of the order confirmation sent to you by Riipi Puukko.

We cannot accept products that are returned later than 14 days from the date of delivery. Once the return of the product has been accepted, the funds will be reimbursed directly to your bank account after receipt and processing of the returned product.
Problems with transportation and defective products

The notification of wrong delivery or defective product must be done within 14 days of receiving the product. If the package was damaged in the mail, a complaint should be immediately lodged with the post office.
Miscellaneous
We reserve the right to make alterations to our delivery terms. Before making an order, the customer should read the delivery terms valid for each product. We handle all customer information in the strictest confidence. Riipi Puukko Ky will never give its customer information to any third party.
